In some instances our customers monthly campaign reports have not been delivered due to a bug. The development team is currently working on a hotfix to resolve this issue. We'll update everyone as the status changes. We apologize for the inconvenience if you are effected.

This issue has been identified, and is currently being looked into by the development team. Watch here for updates if your dashboard is pushing obvious information errors like 0 sent emails, and the other details show they were all sent. Thank you for your patience.

A bug report has been created on automated reports generating an unsupported file type. You can view the report from the Managed Reports section. View the report as a PDF, and it can be downloaded properly. We'll update this as more information is made available.

A bug has been found that causes Events - send report to group manager fails to generate a report. This has a fix, and will be rolled out either today, or next Tuesday July 2nd.

A bug has been identified where KillPhish isn't logging correctly, and can show an failing error. We'll update everyone when there is more information available.

We have reports that automated reporting in a limited number of partner reseller accounts is not working properly.
