A system update scheduled around 4:45pm EST today, July 23, 2024, may cause a brief disruption to the following platform features in Beta:

The update is anticipated to be complete within 15 minutes and during that time, customers may not have access to the above beta features in accounts. These features will be restored once the update is completed.
We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result. The initial fix released on 07/25 was intended to resolve the issue, but once it was deployed, we identified that further adjustments were necessary. The second update is currently undergoing QA, and if it passes, it will be included in the next release on 8/20. We will update here if a fix can be expedited before 8/20.
The Log into O365 method of connecting a group to Microsoft is currently failing. There is a fix that is in the QA and testing phase and will be released on 07/23 at the earliest. The daily group syncs on current groups are still functioning, so the issue is limited to the process of creating a new connection to Azure. We are monitoring this technical setback with our dev team and if the fix is released sooner, we will let you know. We apologize for this inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while this gets sorted out with Microsoft.
In the last several days, there have been delivery issues with the Direct Delivery phishing test emails. It's been identified that Microsoft was throttling the IPs associated with this tests. They have since put the IPs into an exclusion list, and this should no longer happen. We'll be monitoring it over the next 2 weeks to make sure it's resolved.
A bug report has been created on automated reports generating an unsupported file type. You can view the report from the Managed Reports section. View the report as a PDF, and it can be downloaded properly. We'll update this as more information is made available.

A bug has been identified where KillPhish isn't logging correctly, and can show an failing error. We'll update everyone when there is more information available.

We are currently investigating this incident. Many people are experiencing email notifications about courses being past due, when they are completed when visiting the portal.
